Mosaic United is a global initiative of Israel’s Ministry of Diaspora Affairs and Combating Antisemitism, operating since 2015, working in partnership with Jewish organizations around the world to strengthen Jewish identity and deepen connections to Israel.
How we work
We operate at the intersection of strategy, partnership, and investment. Working with over 200 partner organizations across more than 50 different countries, we identify what drives meaningful Jewish engagement, invest in high-impact approaches, and scale what works across the global Jewish ecosystem.

Our focus is not only on individual programs, but on strengthening the broader ecosystem of Jewish life. By aligning strategy, funding, and shared learning, we help elevate the quality, reach, and long-term impact of Jewish experiences and informal Jewish education worldwide.
Where we focus
We concentrate our efforts on key areas that shape how Jewish identity is built, including meaningful connections between Israeli and Jewish youth worldwide, talent development and field building in informal education, and innovation and entrepreneurship in Jewish engagement.
